While this is a summer camp, it’s still luxe! There will be some cabins designated for family members and a select few committed to helping out. The cabin bed we slept in felt like a fancy hotel!

There are eight glamping tents and once those are booked out, regular camping tents will become available.
Once our family and key wedding party get the chance to book it will become first come, first serve. ` -
So don’t worry if the venue accommodation books out, or if perhaps you aren’t the glamping type, the venue is only 40 mins away from the centre of town and there are plenty of options for you. We will also be organizing shuttles from town for key programing.

Which means we get to wake up to the sound of running water and even take a dip if you like a refreshing temperature!

You can go fishing for Trout! And if enough folks are interested, we can set up horseback riding!

There are two Hot Tubs and a Sauna, and the creek serves as a great cold plunge!

For us, the most exciting part is the food. There are two huge woodfire stoves for some pro barbecuing

There is nothing like the high desert. You’ll find cacti dressed in snow, greenery pushing through clay soil. Life insists on itself here. The sunsets linger for hours.
That kind of resilience and beauty feels deeply meaningful to us. Santa Fe reminds us that love can thrive anywhere - in warmth and in cold, in stillness and in change.
When Madeline and I come here, it feels like another home. She grew up spending part of her life here, and I feel so lucky that she got to show me this place, because I fell in love with it too. What started as her history became part of our story. Now it feels like a place that belongs to both of us.

What’s this going to cost me?
We know this is a big ask - a multi-day, destination wedding and a weekday celebration. We completely understand if this isn’t possible for you.
That’s why we want to be as transparent as possible about what we expect this to cost. We’ve broken expenses down by category.
We truly believe this is going to be an incredible experience and well worth the investment. We don’t need the wedding to be only about us - this weekend is our chance to share the places, food, and moments we love with the people we love.
We’ve tried to design the weekend so guests can participate fully without needing to splurge, while still leaving plenty of flexibility to turn it into a vacation.
And if you do want to make it a more luxe Santa Fe escape, we’ll have no shortage of recommendations.

Return flights from New York typically range between $300–$600, depending on when you book and how flexible your travel dates are.

There are various accommodation options at different price points:
$100/night – Regular tent
$160/night – Glamping tent
$180/night – Airstream
$250/night – Cabin (sleeps up to 4)
$280+/night – Nearby hotels
To participate fully in the wedding programming, guests should plan for a minimum two-night stay, which typically totals $200–$600.
The good news: if you stay on-site at the venue, only a 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before arrival.

If you join us June 7–9, we’ll provide two dinners and two breakfasts.
Outside of the reception, alcohol will be BYOB.We’ll also provide transportation between the venue and recommended hotels during key wedding programming, so a rental car isn’t necessary.
Guests will still need to arrange their own airport transportation.For a Monday–Wednesday stay, you could budget as little as $250.
